These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of The Power of Giving website/app (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to follow these Terms.
By requesting or receiving items, you acknowledge and agree that you will not resell items (including online marketplaces, local resale, or any other commercial use).
The App uses passwordless login links sent to your email. Your login link is intended for you only. Do not forward, share, or publish your login links. You are responsible for activity performed using your account.
Requesting or reserving an item does not guarantee availability. We may limit quantities, close requests, or decline requests at our discretion to keep distribution fair and manageable.
The Power of Giving does not sell donated items. If a fee is shown in the App, it is an admin fee only (to help cover operational costs like handling, fulfillment, and delivery) and is not a purchase price.
Items may be new or used and may have cosmetic or functional issues. Items are provided “as-is” and without warranties.
